Once we heard that Pac10Pro prospect OF Michael Taylor (Stanford) was involved in this mega-deal, we took notice. Now that it is finalized we can discuss where Taylor is off to. Taylor was sent to the A's organization as part of this deal. However, before Taylor could get too comfortable he was sent to the Blue Jays for 3B Brett Wallace (Arizona St.). This is the second time Wallace has been traded in the last six months, he was involved in the deal that sent Matt Holliday to the Cardinals. Spring Training will be a chance for both of these guys to shed the label "prospect" and prove they are worthy of a Major League roster spot.
